Self managed?
Complete purchase and request a reimbursement through the myplace portal or the my NDIS app.
Keep the receipt for proof of purchase.

Plan managed?
Discuss with your plan manager:
- funding in your NDIS plan to pay your providers
- if you want to see the invoices from your providers first or if you want them to go straight to your plan manager
- how your plan manager will pay the invoices
- if your plan manager can help you learn how to manage your plan on your own (if this is a support that is funded in your plan)

Do you need an invoice?
Fill out the form HERE. And we will send an invoice to you and your plan manager within 48 hours.
Please note, the invoice will be payable within 14 days of invoice date. If payment is not received within the timeframe, your order will be cancelled.
